MEIV provides a 1-Year Limited Warranty for this device from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers defects caused by faulty materials or workmanship under normal use conditions.

Our team will review the evidence provided. If the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect or quality issue, MEIV will provide a free replacement.
Please note that if a video or sufficient evidence of the issue cannot be provided, MEIV may be unable to process the warranty claim.
MEIV reserves the final right of interpretation for this warranty policy.

Free gifts included with the purchased device are covered by a 3-month limited warranty starting from the date the gift is received.
