Worldwide Shipping
At MEIV, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please review the following shipping information to understand our order processing, shipping times, tracking procedures, and related policies.
Please note that we currently do not ship to certain regions, including but not limited to Ukraine, Russia, Kosovo, Turkey, and Norway.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During periods of high demand, order processing may take slightly longer. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
If you need to request priority processing or change the shipping method to express delivery, please contact us at service@meiv.store as soon as possible.
Please note that once an order has already been shipped, we cannot modify the shipping method.

If your tracking number has not updated within a few days or you have not received your tracking email, please contact our support team at service@meiv.store and we will assist you.
Shipping Responsibility & Risk
All products purchased from MEIV are shipped through third-party logistics providers.
Ownership and risk of loss for the products pass to the customer once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Delays & Force Majeure
MEIV is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Government regulations or pandemic-related restrictions
We will always do our best to assist customers if delays occur.
Customs Duties & Taxes
For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be charged by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer. If a package is returned due to unpaid customs fees, a handling and storage fee of up to 20% may be deducted from the refund.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

To ensure timely assistance, please follow these reporting timeframes:

Lost / Missing Delivery: Report within 7 days after the package is marked as delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: Report within 48 hours after receiving the package and provide clear photos including the shipping label.
MEIV reserves the right to request additional evidence (such as an unboxing video) to verify claims.
