Returns & Exchanges
At MEIV, your satisfaction is always our top priority.
In addition to your legal rights, we proudly offer a 60-day return guarantee for products purchased through the official MEIV website.
If you are not satisfied with your product or experience within 60 days of purchase, you may request a return or refund in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.
Please note that certain products (such as long pants, shorts, and underwear items) are excluded from this return guarantee due to hygiene and special usage considerations.
I. General Policies
1. Applicability
• Only orders purchased directly through the official MEIV website are eligible for returns or exchanges.
• For items purchased through other platforms (such as Amazon, Target, or third-party retailers), please contact the respective platform for support.
2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Cases
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted under the following conditions:
• Missing original packaging, accessories, or free gifts (including retail box, manuals, cables, etc.)
• Physical damage caused by improper handling (such as drops, liquid exposure, or misuse)
• Normal wear and tear (scratches, stains, cosmetic damage)
• Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Gift”
3. Important Notes
For safety and hygiene reasons, MEIV does not offer free returns or exchanges unless the product has a verified quality issue.
Returns that are not related to product defects may be subject to a restocking fee of 10%–20%.
For intimate apparel items, if the protective plastic sealing film of the outer packaging has been removed or damaged (indicating that the product has been used), the item cannot be returned or exchanged.
II. Return Policy
1. Return Timeframe
Standard returns must be requested within 60 calendar days from the delivery date.
2. Return Process
Step 1: Submit a Request
Email service@meiv.store with the following information:
• Order number and product name
• Reason for return
• Video or photo evidence if the product has a defect
Step 2: Approval & Instructions
Once the request is reviewed and approved, our customer support team will provide the return address and instructions within 2 business days.
Step 3: Ship the Product Back
Carefully repackage the item using its original packaging and send it back to the provided address.
Please also send the return tracking number to our support team.
Step 4: Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–15 business days.
3. Cost Responsibilities
The applicable fees depend on the condition of the returned product.
Unopened package (outer box intact, all accessories included)
Eligible for return with a 10% restocking fee.
Opened package but items inside remain undamaged
Eligible for return with a 20% restocking fee.
Opened package with signs of misuse or damage
Not eligible for return.
Unsealed intimate apparel items
Not eligible for return.
4. Return Instructions
• Do not return products without prior authorization from MEIV.
• We do not accept COD (cash-on-delivery) returns or unauthorized shipments.
• Please use the original packaging to avoid damage during transportation.
Damage caused by improper packaging during return shipping will be the customer's responsibility.
Inspection Process
Returned items will be inspected once received.
Refunds or exchanges will only be issued if the returned item meets our return criteria.
Refunds cover the original purchase amount or reshipping cost only.
Local taxes, customs duties, or additional shipping fees are not refundable.
If the returned item does not pass inspection, MEIV reserves the right to deny the refund or exchange.
Return Completion
The return process is usually finalized within 7 business days after the returned item is received.
Customers are encouraged to monitor their email for updates regarding the return status.
Partial deductions may apply if the returned item shows signs of wear, damage, missing parts, or opened promotional gifts.
Exchange Rate Disclaimer
Refund amounts may differ slightly from the original payment due to currency exchange rate fluctuations between the purchase date and refund date. Please contact your bank for further details.
Prepaid Return Labels (United States Only)
To help simplify the return process, MEIV may provide a prepaid return shipping label for customers located in the United States.
According to our policy:
• A standard return shipping fee of $12 per returned item will be deducted from the refund.
• If the return is due to a verified product quality issue, MEIV will cover the return shipping cost.
Returned products must be shipped within 7 days after receiving the prepaid return label.
III. Exchange Policy
Exchange Conditions
Product exchanges are only available for defective items within the 1-year warranty period.
Required documentation:
• Description of the issue
• Photo or video evidence (for example: device not powering on, malfunction, etc.)
If valid evidence cannot be provided, the exchange request cannot be processed.
Exchange Process

Follow the same steps as the return process and indicate “Exchange Request” in your email.

Replacement items will be shipped within 1–3 business days after we receive the returned product.
Out-of-Warranty Cases
For products damaged due to misuse or for items outside the 1-year warranty period, customers may contact service@meiv.store for paid repair or after-sales support.
IV. Order Cancellation
Cancellation Timeframe
Order cancellation is only available for orders that have not yet been shipped.
Cancellation requests submitted via service@meiv.store will usually be processed within 24 hours on business days.
If the order has already been shipped, the customer must follow the standard return process.
V. Price Protection
Protection period: Within 30 calendar days after delivery
Customers may request a price difference refund if the official website price is publicly reduced during this period.
Exclusions:
Price protection does not apply to clearance items or Final Sale products.
VI. Refund Details
Refunds are issued within 7–15 business days after the refund is approved, depending on the processing speed of the payment provider or bank.
